VARIETIES
MAGLINO
Fruit size medium to large. Flesh rich in juice, aromatic and sour. Oligosperm variety with production in early October until the end of March.
INTERTONATO
It's citrusy. It is a variety with cylindrical or elongated fruits with few seeds.
It is an early variety and is harvested from late August to February.
It gives extremely fragrant fruits.

NAVALINA
Early variety with harvest beginning at the end of October. Large fruit of excellent quality without seeds
NEW HALL

MERLIN
The best known variety so far with quality fruits and productive like a tree. Beginning of harvest in November and with great resistance on the trees.
LANE LATE
Late variety with large fruits, tasty and productive like a tree. It is recommended in remote areas and many have described it as the late MERLIN.
VALENCIA
Fruit with a high juice content with a slightly sour taste and almost no seeds. It is a productive variety with a slight tendency to bear fruit year after year.
BENEFITS
Each type of orange contains more than 100% of the recommended daily amount (DV) of vitamin C. This is more than any other citrus fruit. All you have to do to get this essential vitamin is peel and eat an orange.

CLEMENTINES
Ripening: October
The shape of clementines is similar to tangerines, but the taste is sweeter. The leaves are dense, small in size, on a short, slightly winged stem, pointed, serrated at the edges. There are spines in the axils of the leaves. The fruits are small in size, with dense orange peel that adheres tightly to the juicy pulp.
PEITZ
Ripening: End of November
Mid-late variety with medium fruit size and easy to peel. Sweet in taste and rich in juice.
NOVA
Ripening: December to February
Fruit with an intense reddish color and rich juice content. Late variety and with great resistance to cold storage.


LOQUAT
Harvest period: April to mid-May.
The loquat is a round or ovoid fruit (fleshy fruit) depending on the variety and when ripe it turns yellow to orange in color. The main varieties of loquats are two, the round and the long-fruited, which is also considered the tastiest. The fruits are slightly elongated up to 5 cm with a yellow skin with 3-5 large seeds surrounded by a leathery membrane. The flesh is orange or white.

Pectin
It is an important insoluble fiber. It maintains the moisture of the colon helping to treat constipation, protects the mucosa of the colon, reducing the time of exposure to toxic substances and reduces blood cholesterol levels by reducing its reabsorption in the large intestine.
Vitamin A
It is a food with an excellent content of provitamin A. It contains quantities greater than those contained in mango, watermelon, papaya and orange. β-carotene and lutein are the main carotenoids of the bark.
Scientific data show that the consumption of fruits rich in vitamin-A and flavonoids protects against various forms of lung and oral cavity cancer.
In addition, vitamin A contributes to the health of the mucous membranes and skin, plays an important role in vision and dental health.
APRICOT

MOGADOR
MATURE: 10/05
Very early distinct variety with medium size (AA) fruits particularly satisfactory for the ripening season with a round and elongated shape. The color of the fruit is 60% red on a bright orange background. The taste of the fruits is good and balanced.
WONDER COT
MATURE: 10/05
Early variety variety with excellent quality aromatic fruits. The shape of the fruits is oblong oval with sizes particularly satisfactory for the harvest season (AA - AAA). The color of the skin is orange with a nice red tint at a rate of 20%. The taste is excellent, sweet and aromatic.
BORA
MATURE: 05/06
Variety with large elliptic-round fruits. The coloring of the fruits is orange with a red coating at a rate of 20%. The taste is sweet (brix 18).
LADY COT
MATURE: 23/06
The most commercial variety with excellent characteristics. Its fruits are very large size AAA – AAAA oval and round in shape with a very attractive dark orange and red in percentage of 40% coloring. The flesh is very cohesive, hard and resistant to handling and movement. Its resistance to viruses is also excellent. The taste is very sweet while the sugars of the fruits reach 15 brix.
ORANGE RED
MATURE: 10/06
Fruit: ORANGE RED apricot variety, its fruits are large with a weight of 50-70 g and more, rounded in shape, bright orange with a catchy red color. The pulp is dense, light orange in color, with slight acidity. The taste is very good.
FAIRY
RIPENING: JUNE-JULY
The fruit is tasty, round, shiny, with a red color on the surface, demanding in cold and suitable for semi-mountainous areas.
BEBEKOU
RIPENING: JUNE-JULY
Apricot variety BEMBEKOU, its fruit is yellow-green with a red tint, its flesh is orange, juicy, sweet and very good tasting. Rich in vitamins, iron, potassium and fiber. It has a large AA to AAA fruit size, and is used in canning
DIAMANTOPOULOU
RIPENING: JUNE-JULY
Apricots of medium productivity, but produce excellently tasty apricots. It is also cultivated in Corinth and other areas of the Peloponnese. Diamantopoulos have a small and not very sweet fruit. Variety that doesn't give much production. They are extremely fragrant, but difficult to transport, since they are quite sensitive.


GRAPE
VARIETIES
PRIME-PRIME
It ripens in early July.
Pro Early vine variety. Seedless variety, Raisin variety.
SUPERIOR
It ripens July 15-20 until the beginning of August.
Superior grapes are a very popular early seedless white grape variety, sweet and with delicious, bready seeds. Pioneers in its cultivation in Greece are Crete (Heraklion) and later Corinthia, from these areas the Superior grapes come.
ATTICA
It ripens at the end of July Black, a table grape with large seedless grapes, known to everyone because of its wide circulation already in July.
VICTORIA
It ripens in early July.
Grape of large size, conical or cylinder-conical, moderately dense. Rail large to very large, spherical or elliptical. Bark thick, durable, with a yellow-green color. Low in sugar.
SULTANINA
It ripens at the end of July and the beginning of August.
Its grapes are generally large, dense to medium dense, with seedless rinds and firm, sweet and flavorful flesh.
CRIMSON
It ripens from the beginning of September to the end of October. Grape generally large. The rails are non-core, with red coloring. Vibrant variety, very productive. The commercial ripening of grapes is scaled, depending on the region and the cultivation operations.

Starkin Apples are collected at the end of summer and kept in special refrigerators until almost the next harvest.
